REFUND POLICY

All Sales are final.

EXCHANGES:

If you received a faulty DVD, please go to the contact section of this site and send an email to “Support” for a replacement request describing clearly the exact defect.  You will be issued by email a return authorization number.  Please reference that number and send complete DVD set and case with a copy of original invoice/receipt to P.O. Box 803264, Santa Clarita, CA  91380.   Under normal circumstances, it will take 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.  Packages not having an assigned RA Number will be refused.

SALES TAX

Blacks in the Scriptures will include sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. We will only charge tax in states where DVDs purchased via the internet  are taxable. No other customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made on blacksinthescriptures.com.
